Great service very attentive staff. The food was excellent and the portions were good size. The location is close to the cathedral and all the downtown attractions.

Great venue to host a wedding

A great experience, despite the few negative comments the hotel has, the truth is that not even the photos do it justice. Very comfortable, very well located, very friendly staff and the facilities in perfect maintenance conditions. The food is quite good, the menu is small, however, everything is very well presented, the portion size is good and the seasoning is excellent. There are some comments regarding the noise, which there is little, but it is difficult to find a place a few blocks from the center that does not face this problem.

It is a very nice hotel, the rooms are comfortable and clean. From the moment we arrived until we left everyone's service was excellent. We had breakfast both days at their restaurant and the food was delicious. The dishes came with very good presentation and flavor. The corn and guava tea hot cakes were our favorites. It is a place I would return to with my family and I love it a lot.

Very well located, one block from the San Agustín passage. Only 11 very well decorated and comfortable rooms, however there are some areas of opportunity. First, the TV is very small and they only have open channels, Netflix and YouTube. Breakfast is included, but is provided by the Restaurant at the entrance. The service is not good, slow and the breakfast options are very average. Not recommendable. The advantage of the hotel is that it is well located and you have access to everything.
